How do I order from BuyPAP.com?
Orders can be placed online at BuyPAP.com by selecting the items you wish to purchase and placing them in your shopping cart. When ready to checkout, an account will be created to complete the process and the items will be shipped out to you directly. Orders may also be placed over the phone at 1-855-NOAPNEA.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy. Simply select items to purchase, place them in the shopping cart and when you are ready to checkout, an option to create a new account will appear. Enter the necessary information and proceed. Upon returning to our store, you can access your account again by selecting "My Account" and entering your login information.
Do I need a prescription to order equipment?
Yes, because PAP devices are defined by the FDA as Class II Medical Devices, a valid prescription from your physician is necessary before you can purchase PAP machines, complete humidifiers, and masks. You do not need to have a prescription for other items such as machine filters, tubes, accessories and components, however some insurance companies may desire proof of prescription before reimbursing for these items.
How do I get a prescription for my CPAP?
Once you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, you can obtain a prescription for the use of PAP equipment from your personal physician.
How do I submit my prescription to you?
To submit your prescription, you can:
- Email a copy to prescription@buypap.com
- Fax the prescription to 1-855-4BUYPAP (1-855-428-9727)
- Mail a copy of the prescription to:
BuyPAP.com RX Department 2228 NW Pettygrove St, Suite 150, Portland, OR 97210 - We can also contact your prescribing physician for you if needed. Simply fill out your information on this form and submit it to BuyPAP. We will contact your physician and complete your order once we have received a valid prescription.
Once we receive your valid prescription, your order will be processed and the items will be shipped out.
Can you bill my insurance for my supplies?
We cannot bill your insurance directly for your supplies, however we can provide you with the insurance codes used for reimbursement of PAP equipment and supplies. These are provided as reference only and may not apply to your individual insurance company, check with them to determine the validity of codes. After you have received equipment from us, you may apply for reimbursement of you equipment costs through your insurance company.
Reimbursement is authorized at the discretion of each insurance provider and BuyPAP.com does not in any way guarantee the reimbursement of purchases made on BuyPAP.com.

Can I seek reimbursement of my equipment through Medicare?
Purchases made on BuyPAP.com
cannot be submitted as a Medicare beneficiary to Medicare CMS or a Medicare division
of an independent insurance company.
Before downloading an insurance claim form from BuyPAP.com, you must
agree to the following terms:
I agree I will not submit an insurance claim as a
Medicare beneficiary to Medicare CMS or to a Medicare division of an insurance
company. BuyPAP.com is hereby dissolved of any responsibility or liability
should I attempt to submit a claim as a Medicare beneficiary.
How long does it take to receive my supplies?
Generally equipment will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from the completion of your order. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping provider.
What is your return policy?
BuyPAP.com will accept
returns for purchases made through BuyPAP.com on unopened items within 30 days
of the date of purchase. Refunds will be given minus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds do not include shipping charges.
Because of the nature of the
medical equipment sold on BuyPAP.com, returns of opened items cannot be
accepted.
-Masks and accessories are
considered opened if the packaging has been opened.
-Machines are considered used
if the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.
BuyPAP.com will accept
returns on products still under manufacturer’s warranty that have
manufacturing defects. To return defective merchandise for a refund or
replacement item, contact returns@buypap.com
for a return authorization number. Shipping costs are not covered by warranties.
If your machine or device is
no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty it may still be able to be repaired by
the manufacturer. Repair policies vary by from company to company. A diagnostic
fee may be collected in addition to the cost of repair prior to submitting the
machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
