BuyPAP.com will accept returns for purchases made through BuyPAP.com on unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be given minus a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Because of the nature of the medical equipment sold on BuyPAP.com, returns of opened items cannot be accepted.

-Masks and accessories are considered opened if the packaging has been opened.

-Machines are considered used if the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.

BuyPAP.com will accept returns on products still under manufacturer’s warranty that have manufacturing defects. To return defective merchandise for a refund or replacement item, contact returns@buypap.com for a return authorization number.  Shipping costs are not covered by warranties.

If your machine or device is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty it may still be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. Repair policies vary by from company to company. A diagnostic fee may be collected in addition to the cost of repair prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
